IWS maintains an inventory of silicon wafers from 1” Diameter through 200mm diameter, Fz, Cz, NTD, Test, Monitor and Prime Grades, Ascut, Lapped, Etched, Thick, Ultra Thin, (to 30 microns), all orientations including <1-1-0>. In addition, IWS supplies specialty 2-6, 3-5 , sapphire, GaAs, and Germanium Wafers as well limited supplies of SOI material.
