International Wafer Service is a supplier of silicon wafers and related services. IWS maintains an inventory of silicon wafers from 1” Diameter through 200mm diameter, Fz, Cz, NTD, Test, Monitor and Prime Grades, Ascut, Lapped, Etched, Thick, Ultra Thin, (to 30 microns), all orientations including <1-1-0>. In addition, IWS supplies specialty 2-6, 3-5 , sapphire, GaAs, and Germanium Wafers as well limited supplies of SOI material.

The Silicon Related Services provided by IWS include: Oxides, Nitrides, Custom Epitaxial Growth, Thin Metal Films, TiN, TiW, Au, Ti, etc… LPCVD, PECVD, LTO, Evaporation, Sputter and SOG, Diffusions, Doping Processes and Ion Implants, Lithography 1-3 microns, Plasma & Wet Etching and Mega sonic cleans.
