IWS is a supplier of silicon wafers with thin films, or can deposit custom films on your provided substrates. We can accommodate 1 inch through 12 inch wafers, and have most standard semiconductor processing capabilities, including lithography and RIE etch down to 0.25 um, oxides, diffusions, TEOS, Nitride, Polysilicon, and sputter deposited films.
